Sorry for being M.I.A lately! I just haven’t been in the mood… yes I know, a horrible excuse.
I’ve been using myfitnesspal lately, and it’s REALLY been helping. Despite eating pretty much whatever I want, yet trying to stay under 1200 calories a day, I haven’t gained any weight, I’m still around the 52/53kg mark. I think it’s just adding calories in every day makes me aware how much everything is. And it’s great! :)
